The COVID-19 pandemic put a spotlight on many of the challenges plaguing the healthcare workforce. But where others saw a crisis, Louna Avril saw opportunity: Anchored365 was launched to address the critical staffing shortage in the healthcare industry and to alleviate some of the frustration and challenges nurses and other healthcare professionals’ encounter. As the Founder and CEO of Anchored365, Louna is committed to expanding the quality and accessibility of healthcare workers and assisting companies stabilize the workforce.
For the past two decades, Louna has been in the healthcare industry helping people and businesses to maximize their true potential. Prior to her current position, she was a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Louna’s role as an Administrator tasked her with overseeing several departments, including nursing, managing a multi-million-dollar budget, and ensuring compliance of the local, state, and federal regulations.
Louna holds a Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of New Haven.
Louna comes from a large family and places a high premium on family time. She enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures and foods, and participating in gatherings, and activities with her expansive family.
